Youth Mental Health First Aid equips adults with the knowledge and practical skills to recognise mental health problems and crises in young people aged 12–18, and to step in with early, appropriate support. 1 in 4 young Australians experience a mental health problem each year, early recognition makes a real difference.

Depression, anxiety, psychosis and substance use problems. Crisis response using the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan.
