Mental Health First Aid

Build the skills to recognise a mental health problem and know what to do.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised, evidence-based program that teaches participants how to recognise the signs of common mental health problems and crises, offer initial support, and guide someone toward appropriate help. It builds confidence, improves mental health literacy and strengthens workplace cultures where people feel safe to speak up.
