The Working Mind
A new approach to workplace wellbeing, focused on the individual.
The Working Mind is a new evidence-based program, now available in Australia for the first time. Unlike other workplace mental health training, The Working Mind focuses on the individual, building personal resilience, mental health literacy and the practical strategies staff need to maintain their own wellbeing at work. It also equips people managers with the skills to lead psychologically safer, more supportive teams.
Two versions available
Employee Program (5 hours) - for all staff. Builds individual resilience and confidence to support colleagues.
People Manager Program (8 hours)
- all employee content plus additional leadership module on supporting team members, responding to behavioural changes, and creating psychologically safer environments.
Organisations can run both together - staff attend the 5-hour program, with managers staying on for the additional content. Or run a dedicated session just for people managers.
