Teen Mental Health
First Aid

During adolescence, mental health problems are among the leading causes of falling grades, problems with friends, relationships, substance use or abuse.

These problems can have a lifelong impact.

Research tells us young people are more likely to tell a friend if they are not ok. It pays to equip young people with the knowledge and confidence to assist, and if need, move on to a trusted responsible adult.
